Are you organized, proactive, and great with people? Join our fast-paced service and retail business as an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator, where you'll manage a diverse inventory of over 15,000 items and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and place orders for special items using our inventory management software and supplier portals.
  • Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring items are properly routed to inventory, customer pickup, or service job areas.
  • Keep pricing information current and accurate in the system.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal staff across departments.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues, coordinate deliveries, and support team needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with inventory management systems and purchase order workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you're comfortable working with vendors and colleagues alike.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with supplier ordering portals is a plus.
